Fries doesn't require a login to browse tutors or read exercises. To book a class, just enter your name and email in the booking form — we'll use that email to send your confirmation, reminders, and to look up your classes later in My Bookings.

Visit the Tutors page to see every available Luxembourgish tutor. Each card shows the tutor's specialties, intro audio/video, working hours, and status. Use the Email or WhatsApp buttons to ask questions before booking, or book a free trial to see if you click.

A Super Tutor is one of our most experienced and highly-rated instructors — they've taught many students, consistently get top reviews, and are marked with a special badge on their tutor card.

Professional Tutors are certified language teachers with formal training. All Fries tutors are vetted, and Professional Tutors additionally hold teaching qualifications.

On any tutor's calendar, pick a time slot marked 'Free trial'. You'll get a 30-minute session to try the tutor before committing to a membership.

Use the Email or WhatsApp button on your tutor's card. After your first lesson, your tutor will also message you with feedback and homework.

Yes. If your trial lesson didn't meet expectations, contact us and we'll help you book a free replacement trial with the same or a different tutor.

Tutors can decline a trial if the slot doesn't fit. You'll be notified by email — just pick another slot or try a different tutor.

Be on time, treat your tutor with respect, and give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in losing the class without refund.

Students leave public reviews after lessons. Fries also tracks completion rates and tutor responsiveness to keep quality high.

Fries has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind. Report any incident to our support team and we'll investigate and take action, including removing the offender from the platform.
